Councilmember Scott Larson opened the discussion noting multiple calls about problem areas and asking who is responsible for maintenance in the town's 66-foot road right-of-way. "I believe the roadway is 66. The right way ... it's our responsibility to maintain that 66," Larson said during the discussion.
