Council voted with a motion and second; members voted in favor and the motion passed.
The council also accepted the planning commission’s recommendation to issue a building‑permit approval letter for Mylett Adams to install a greenhouse. The greenhouse was described as a kit structure larger than 200 square feet and located near a corner of town property and adjacent pasture. Adams was not present; council members said the planning commission confirmed setbacks and that the greenhouse would have no permanent power or water connections. Council moved and seconded the motion, and members voted in favor.
