The council also approved a revocable permit for the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation’s 2025 Memorial Marathon and a separate revocable permit for Riversport to hold University of Central Oklahoma scrimmages.
On land‑use items, the council recorded a series of unanimous votes to adopt staff and planning commission recommendations; where applicants or representatives spoke, they explained project details or technical evaluations. Several rezoning motions were moved with no registered public protests. All items called for final action were adopted.
