- Resolution 2025-1 (Guthrie Public Works Authority): The Public Works Authority approved Resolution 2025-1 to increase water rates for Logan County rural water, sewer and solid waste management district number 1 from $6.64 per thousand gallons to $6.83 per thousand, a CPI‑based adjustment. Vote: unanimous approval.
Details and next steps
The police found-property disposition was processed under state statute and approved as part of the consent agenda; staff said the city may later declare unused items surplus and sell them at auction.
City staff will continue work on the ODEM grant project, including site selection and budget refinement; any additional matching funds beyond those already budgeted will require separate council approval.
The public‑works rate increase will be implemented as approved by the Public Works Authority; staff recorded the vote as unanimous.
