Public works staff told the board on Jan. 28 that the Snow's Mill/Lane Creek roundabout project was out to bid and that staff expected to return to the board for award consideration in early February if bids came back responsive and within budget.
Jody said the project was currently out to bid, that bids were due in January, and that, should bids be responsive and within budget, staff planned to present a recommendation to the board at the Feb. 4 meeting. The project is funded with T-SPLOST money, staff said.
No contract award was made on Jan. 28; staff indicated a follow-up presentation for board action would occur once bid results were available.
