Staff clarified that for the coming year the district will change device distribution: K‑8 student devices will remain at school (they will not go home), and device use for high school students will be embedded into the school day during the first days of school. The board also confirmed the last day of classes for students is May 27, 2026; a June 1 date that appears on the calendar applies to teachers (an in‑lieu conference day), not students.
