Staff reported a remaining payout budget of $555,702 at year end and a paid‑out amount for 2024 of $497,236, representing about 29.6% of eligible PTO payouts. HR said 107 hours were transferred to extended sick bank leave (approximately 2.3% of PTO) and that employees used 909,668 hours of time off in 2024 (about 68.1% of available time)—figures similar to the prior year.
The committee received the report as information; no committee vote was required.
