He said staff plan to bring a change‑of‑scope request to the Department of Public Works in March to switch from a high‑top passenger van to a medium‑top van; Vijay from DPW indicated the medium‑top van (about 10 inches lower) may reduce clearance and accident concerns. Matt said the Kara Foundation has confirmed it is agreeable to the change.
