Council staff provided procedural updates and scheduling notes to the Executive Committee at the end of the meeting.
Karen (council staff) said citywide Aspire internship postings are live and asked committee members to promote the program. She also flagged a March 5 noon deadline for items to be processed in time for the March 11 Common Council agenda, noting there are only two remaining regular council meetings in the current session.
Karen said that due to technology and onboarding concerns the council leadership elections in April will be conducted in person using paper ballots and requested members be prepared to attend the April 15 meeting in person for that item.
The committee received the updates by unanimous consent and then adjourned the meeting.
