Board members said the proposed court will be entirely underground beneath an existing patio and therefore not visible from the street. Manuel Paiva, the applicant’s representative, told the board the owner has lived at the property about 10 years and the work would reuse existing setbacks previously approved in an earlier ZBA decision.
