A motion to accept the reported minutes was moved by Ken and seconded by Sue; the board noted the motion passed unanimously. The treasurer's report, dated Feb. 6, 2025, was presented and a motion to accept was moved and seconded; members approved the report unanimously. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn that carried.
