Peoria County capital update: River City retainage of $1.3M nearing payout, closeout expected

County staff told the committee that capital project expenses through Feb. 13 are in the packet and that the county has received a pay application from River City for $1,300,000 in retainage that has not yet been disbursed.
"I wanna point out that we have received the, pay app from River City for, the 1,300,000.0 in retainage. That has not been reflected as it has not been, paid out, but we are getting very close to closing that out," Heather, staff member, said.
No vote was taken; staff said the retainage payment had not cleared and the county was nearing contract closeout. The packet contains project-by-project expense reporting through Feb. 13.
