A nomination for Frank to serve as committee chairman was made by Dwight; members approved the nomination by unanimous consent. Tim Brown was nominated for vice chair and accepted; members approved that nomination by unanimous consent as well. Roger was identified to serve as committee secretary.
The committee conducted the elections by voice vote and consent rather than a roll-call tally. No contested nominations were recorded in the transcript. The committee set its next meeting for March 30 at 6:00 p.m.
