Commissioners approve Hoffman Administrative Subdivision consolidating two lots into a 13.46‑acre parcel

Anderson subdivision and that the plat was in conformance with the Lincoln County comprehensive plan and zoning regulations. Judy explained a practical reason for consolidation: an owner who wants to place an outbuilding in the southern portion of the property must have that land as part of a single residential parcel under current zoning rules.
A commissioner moved to approve the Hoffman Administrative Subdivision; another commissioner seconded. During discussion one commissioner said they had received questions from a local realtor about the survey but that planning staff had no concerns. The motion passed on roll call with the board voting Aye; voting names recorded in the transcript included Weems, Huigley, Woodruff and Mueller.
The board’s action covered both a preliminary and final plat. Planning staff noted no objections and the matter closed after the roll call.
