Carroll County PSA elects leadership, sets meeting schedule and approves consent agenda

The authority also nominated and elected Dana (staff member) as secretary-treasurer; members said the position has been handled by staff in the past.
The board voted to retain its meeting date, time and location on the first Monday at 5:15 p.m. The authority then approved the consent agenda, voting to adopt the grouped items without separate consideration.
Votes were recorded by roll call for each election and the administrative motions. Board members recorded in the roll calls include Mr. Bridal, Mr. Collins, Mr. Slade, Mr. Jessup, Mr. Dixon and Mr. Bryant; each vote listed on the record was “yes” except for one abstention recorded during the vice chair vote by Mr. Collins.
Authority members used the meeting’s administrative items to confirm officer assignments and the calendar for routine business. No substantive policy changes were made during these procedural votes.
