Trophy Club council holds workshop on two small-area plan concepts for State Highway 114 corridor

McAdams planner Randy Rivera opened the presentation, telling the council that “plan number 1 is keeps all the infrastructure in place,” while “plan number 2 does propose a change to the infrastructure to create and make a great place for the community to come together,” and that plan 2 would yield more nonresidential square footage and a higher tax base. Marissa Brewer, a McAdams planner, said the team’s outreach produced about 595 online survey responses and community meetings that shaped the concepts.
