- Readoption of Rock Ridge Regional Library agreement: The board readopted the regional library agreement (updates include current dates, board member names and attaching the Goshen lease as an exhibit) subject to the other partner localities' approval. Motion passed unanimously.
- BrightSpeed VADI broadband grant agreement and local match redesignation: The board authorized an agreement with BrightSpeed and redesignated $1,774,300 in general-fund dollars as the county match for the VADI grant (see separate article). Motion passed unanimously.
- Contract with Virtual IT: The board approved a contract with Virtual IT for technical consulting on the county ERP/Tyler implementation. The contract covers work Jan. 1, 2025–Oct. 30, 2026, with an estimated cost of $122,760. Motion passed unanimously.
- Set public hearing on county decal ordinance amendment (farm-use vehicle exemption): The board scheduled a public hearing for March 24 to consider amending the county code to exempt farm-use vehicles (those now required to register at the DMV under state law) from the county decal requirement. Motion to schedule the hearing passed unanimously.
