The Dublin City (Regular School District) Board of Education approved personnel items presented by Human Resources Director Mr. Boney, including certified and classified hires, retirements and resignations.
Mr. Boney told the board the certified section includes an administrative hire: Kim Jude will join Mr. Andress's team as coordinator of student services, coming from Marysville City Schools where she was director of student services. The board was informed of two certified resignations and one retirement: Andrea Williams will retire from Carr Middle School after 30 years. The agenda also included a six-period pay request tied to a staff transfer, summer work for student support staff, and spring and fall athletics supplementals.
On the classified side, Mr. Boney reported one resignation and three retirements: Lehi Hokusen (paraprofessional at Wright Elementary) after 10 years; Bonnie Justice (transportation) after 12 years; and Judith Westney (cook/cashier at Indian Run) after 27 years. The agenda listed three new classified hires and one unpaid leave of absence. Mr. Boney said there were no stipends on the agenda that night.
The board approved the recommended personnel items (10a–10b) by roll call vote, 5–0.
