Council approves consent agenda, sidewalk alternate bid and MnDOT interchange agreement; sends several items to committee

The Fergus Falls City Council approved a package of routine and project-related motions, including licenses, plans and specifications for a landfill public improvement, an alternate sidewalk bid for Cleveland Avenue, and a resolution accepting a trunk-highway agreement connected to the I-94 interchange and bridge replacement.
