In new business Commissioner Stapleton said the code enforcement board has had chronic attendance problems and the court will likely move in March to disband the board; the court said county staff and the county attorney are developing a replacement process. The court also said it will issue a request for proposals (RFP) for a sports complex within the next 7–10 days and that an architect helped prepare project requirements.
County officials reported delinquent‑tax collections for 2024 of "over $172,000," according to a county official’s comment in the meeting transcript.
The court set its next meeting for March 11 and adjourned.
