Wright also provided an update on the superintendent’s office HVAC unit: technicians have identified a technological (control/chip) issue rather than a strictly mechanical failure and the parts procurement process is ongoing. Wright said, if replacement parts do not resolve the issue, he will recommend unit replacement; board members urged expedited resolution.
