- Security and fencing projects: Staff reported the Coach O’Bayou Blue parent drive is operational and can stack “almost 60 cars” in the new loop; chain-link fencing work is underway at Mulberry, Lisa Park, Evergreen and H.R. - Asbestos/abatement: Board members asked whether South Terrebonne will be free of asbestos after reconstruction; staff said areas touched by the reconstruction will be asbestos-free but that some peripheral areas outside the scope may still require abatement later.
