Principals were required to submit specific revised bell schedules showing where the minutes will be used.
Supervisors said the district is actively monitoring schedules and classroom practices to ensure teachers are teaching "bell to bell" so the added minutes translate to instruction rather than non‑instructional activities. A board member commended the monitoring effort and asked staff to continue oversight to ensure the makeup minutes are used for instruction.
