Clerk Terese read the resolutions aloud, which included amended agreements with mental-health providers and budget amendments (Resolution 32), agreements with youth sports providers (33), expanded in-home services for the elderly (34), acceptance of an ARPA adult protective services grant and a corresponding $9,831 budget amendment (35), airport improvement grant-match acceptances (36 and 37), a contract for cleaning services at county facilities with a budget amendment decreasing fund balance by $34,605 (38), changes to jury duty and workers' compensation policy language (39 and 40), workers' compensation coverage for volunteer fire-investigation unit members (41), multiple public-safety grant acceptances (42–44), economic development reserve transfers including $22,638.46 (45), a memorandum of understanding with Warren County for a childcare startup program (46), open space reserve transfers including $50,000 (47), a public hearing on consolidated agricultural district boundary amendments (48), an easement conveyance agreement with Mechanicville City School District (49), engineering and equipment contracts for the County Sewer District No. 1 (50 and 51), acceptance of New York State Septic System Replacement Program grant funds (52), a request to the New York State Legislature to amend county occupancy tax rules (53), reappropriations of unspent funds (54), and an appointment to the Traffic Safety Board (55).
Chairman Barrett asked if there were any requests for separate votes; none were offered. Supervisor Lent moved to approve all resolutions; Supervisor Kevin Veach seconded. The chair called the vote and declared the motion carried.
The board did not take separate roll-call votes for each resolution in the omnibus action; individual resolutions were approved as part of the grouped motion.
