Representative Brandon Mitchell, District 6, presented RS32363 to the Ways and Means Committee on Jan. 22, 2025, describing the measure as approval of rules for the Idaho Transportation Department. Mitchell said questions previously raised had been addressed and the Department had voted unanimously to approve the rules.
"We have before you in this RS is just approval of the ... rules for Idaho Transportation Department," Mitchell said. He asked the committee to introduce the RS and, if approved, to send it to second reading.
Representative Crane moved that the committee introduce RS32363 and send it to the second reading calendar. The committee approved the motion and the RS was introduced and recommended for second reading. No further discussion or amendments were recorded at the meeting.
