The project manager noted the contractor, Royal Construction (general contractor for the project), is working to minimize schedule impacts and that recent progress had reduced concerns about a major delay.
During the verbal update staff announced a forthcoming pay application from Morrell Construction; the formal pay application (pay application number 7) and its approval were addressed under the meeting’s action items.
