A motion by Mr. Mathias, seconded by Doctor Luke, passed unanimously; the meeting record shows "Passes unanimously five-zero." The board did not discuss individual consent items at the dais during the vote.
The meeting minutes and consent agenda items were approved without recorded amendments or conditions at the Feb. 10 meeting.
