Board-certified veterinary dentist establishes Hilliard location, treats more than 70 species

“Half of what we do is advanced anesthesia, half of what we do is advanced dentistry,” Birning said, describing services that include root canals, treatment of oral tumors, jaw-fracture repairs and periodontal-disease care.
The practice, which Birning identified as located at “Hilliard Business 60,” also works with partners in Columbus and visits those sites at least monthly, she said. “At this point, I’ve worked on more than 70 species,” Birning said, listing animals from kangaroos to porcupines and sea lions among cases her team has treated.
Birning described a close-knit clinic team and said she lives in Hilliard. “The community in Hilliard is incredible and outstanding and we plan on making Hilliard our forever home,” she said.
