Lebanon County commissioners approve routine personnel, finance and contract items

The board took voice votes or unanimous consent on most items, including approval of minutes from Feb. 6; the treasurer's report showing receipts and cash balances; routine resignations, hires and leaves; a civil service compensation plan; and a set of contract amendments for county behavioral-health services. The board also approved a Precision LLC proposal to install five ductless Mitsubishi cooling units for the courthouse server room and approved several volunteer and advisory-board appointments.
Votes of note included two contracts funded from the county's opioid-settlement funds: one with the RAISE Project for outreach work (approved by voice vote) and one with PrimeCare Medical to expand medication-assisted treatment (MAT) induction services for inmates, which passed on a 2–1 vote.

Many of the routine personnel and transactional items were presented by county staff in sequence and carried by voice vote; when specific dollar amounts or contract lengths were discussed, staff noted funding sources and whether additional county tax dollars were required. The meeting record shows the PrimeCare MAT induction contract was the only item with a recorded dissenting vote.
