GPAC backs LAPAC consensus items, urges planned mixed‑use, sphere‑of‑influence congruence and agricultural/resource conservation protections

The motion urged that planned boundary expansions be aligned with the planned expansion capacity of the service providers to reduce the risk of proposing growth where services are not planned or funded.
- Agricultural and resource conservation protection: The committee voted to “preserve agricultural land use designation areas” primarily for food production and to preserve resource conservation land use designated areas.
