The Haverford Township School Board voted on a series of routine and budgetary items at its Feb. 20 meeting and heard a Finance & Facilities committee report that flagged construction schedule risks and a preliminary $3.4 million budget shortfall.
Board motions the night of Feb. 20 included approval of disbursements, authorization of change orders for a construction project, ratification of filing delinquent 2024–25 real estate taxes with the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau, exoneration of TD Bank from collecting those delinquent taxes, approval of personnel retirements and appointments, an educational service agreement, a student excursion, approval of the 2026–27 school calendar and recommitment to the district’s 2018 "Welcoming Schools" resolution.
