The motion was made by Mr. Gallegos and seconded by Mrs. Arroyo; the board recorded the vote as 6–0. The board then approved bills, accounts and financial statements for December 2024 and January 2025 on a motion from Dr. Mills with a second from Mrs. Mizell Flint; that motion also passed 6–0.
