He asked the city to prioritize a pedestrian connection or trail loop between County Road 116 and the development and to consider a gateway or monument sign at the 70 Ninth Place entrance so drivers can see the turn from 116. He offered that Saint Therese could partner with the city to install interim signage if staff supported that approach. (Josh Montgomery: "there's no indication that there's anything there until you're halfway past the project...some sort of indicator along 116 ... would be very helpful.")
