Waukegan dual-language lottery opens for preschool and kindergarten; informational meeting Feb. 25

Families interested in the program can attend an informational meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Welcome Center.

Salazakis described the program as an opportunity to develop bilingual literacy and cultural appreciation for participating students.
