Board discussion and clarifications A board member asked questions about field-trip costs on consent items. The board clarified that guided tours for groups of more than 15 students receive the guided tour for free (Longwood Gardens was cited as an example). The board said entrance fees are normally paid by students and families but that alternative funding avenues exist to ensure no student is excluded.
