Local veterans group seeks Agent Orange memorial in Layton City Park; council invited to consider site and partnership

Council members did not take action at the meeting; staff indicated they would coordinate next steps with the group and that a formal request will require review of park policy, siting, and any permitting or fundraising commitments.
