A council member moved that the council go into the closed meeting; a second was entered and the council took a roll-call vote. Councilman McCall, Councilman Hansen, the councilwoman recorded in the transcript as ‘‘Gauthier,’’ Councilwoman Manzione and Councilman Bridal each voted “aye.” The chair announced the time as 6:26 p.m. before the council recessed to a large conference room for the closed session.
