Committee staff showed a refurbished Justice Project website and explained that the public page will host summaries of the executive’s full quarterly implementation reports. The packet included a summary for the fourth quarter of 2024 (Oct.–Dec.); committee members were told the next quarterly report covering Jan.–Mar. 2025 is expected in April.
Marty and council staff demonstrated the website navigation and the link to the full quarterly report prepared by Kayla Schott Bressler and the Executive’s Office. Jenna Jernan of council staff was credited for posting the material. Committee members asked for clearer ways for the public to find meeting dates and join calls; staff pointed to the committee’s calendar page under agendas and meeting information as the central access point.
Members recommended adding a "latest news" or “recent events” feed to highlight items such as a recent clinic opening at 2030 Division Street and to use IPRTF social-media channels to amplify event posts. Tasha and others asked for email notices or highlights when relevant events occur between meetings.
The committee encouraged members to share the summaries and social posts through their networks to broaden visibility. No formal action was taken; staff were directed to explore adding a news area and to continue using IPRTF social channels to promote updates and events.
