Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety adopts Energy Safety Policy Division process guidelines

Deputy Director Antonio Marino of the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety’s Electrical Infrastructure Directorate opened a public adoption meeting and said the agency would adopt the Energy Safety Policy Division process guidelines that define requirements, format, timing and other procedures used across ESPD work streams.
The guidelines will apply to specified upcoming filings, including 2024 safety culture assessments, 2025 executive compensation filings, 2025 safety certifications, and the 2026–2028 base wildfire mitigation plans. "The final Energy Safety Policy Division process guidelines are hereby adopted," Marino said during the meeting.
