PPIC seeks FY26 budget committee members, schedules joint retreat July 7; annual financial disclosure due Feb. 3

Commissioners were asked to volunteer for the FY26 PPIC budget committee; staff said the treasurer was not present and asked commissioners to keep the request on their radar. The city manager proposed a joint retreat between City Council and the PPIC for July 7, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.; staff said they will confirm the date with the city manager and council and circulate a proposed agenda in advance.
Staff reminded commissioners to complete the annual financial disclosure form and return a hard copy to the city clerk, Deborah White, no later than Feb. 3. Staff warned there is a $250 penalty for missed deadlines and offered assistance with obtaining or submitting the form via the clerk’s office or by dropping it off for hand delivery.
No formal votes were taken on these administrative items; staff said they will circulate an attendance poll for the PPIC annual retreat and follow up with budget‑committee scheduling.
