The Cannabis Compliance Board approved a slate of ownership transfers, a management-services agreement for a dispensary and a conditional license for a retail-attached cannabis consumption lounge at its Feb. 20 meeting, and staff reported one establishment recently granted final licensure.
Division Chief David Staley told the board that True Harmony Company LLC (ID C219), a White Pine County adult-use cultivation applicant, corrected earlier deficiencies and received final licensure on Jan. 27, 2025 after an approved plan of correction. "The CCB approved and issued final licensure to True Harmony's adult use cultivation facility on 01/27/2025," Staley said during the informational item.
On transfers of interest, the board approved several TOI applications across multiple licensees: - Greenleaf Enterprises Inc., Greenleaf Production Inc. and Greenleaf Wellness Inc. (TOIs #2400032 and #2400039) — the board approved distribution of a decedent owner’s interest to testamentary subtrusts for existing licensees and granted a limited waiver to notify (not indefinitely) for transfers under NCCR 5.112; Staled staff reported no areas of…
