The motion to approve the minutes was moved and seconded during the meeting; Secretary Lamphere announced the outcome once the electronic vote completed. “The minutes have been approved by a vote of 5 to 0,” the secretary said.
The commission noted a minor technical issue with the electronic lights during the first attempt to record the vote but confirmed the 5-0 result after retrying the roll call.
