The discussion included a specific reference to County Road 340, where a related permit for CalStar already exists.
Staff asked Comstock representatives to provide revised contract language; no final vote or formal approval was recorded during the meeting. County staff said they would incorporate the edits discussed and return a revised document for commissioner review.
