Kim Rigdon explained the annual election requirement under the WRWC Act. Naomi Duer nominated Paul Anderson for chair, Alexis Hill for vice chair and Seivert for secretary-treasurer; a second was recorded and the motion carried unanimously. The commission then completed the remaining agenda items.
Counsel noted the WRWC Act does not limit multiple terms; the board may determine its own practice for rotation or reappointment. No contested nominations were recorded.
