Commission approves routine business, budget amendments and appointments; two school-board minutes pulled for review

Lincoln County commissioners met Feb. 18 and approved a series of routine and budget items, confirmed appointments to local boards and agreed to hold two school-board minutes pending further legal review after a question about a possible Open Meetings Act (sunshine law) violation.
