Staff said those updates translate to roughly $221 million in total savings across 30 years compared with earlier projections.
Project staff reported permitting and construction activities are on track, that they continue to coordinate with the Presidio Trust on required permits, and that the project has approved releases for multiple construction packages. Commissioners asked about permits and project status; staff confirmed permitting is proceeding and the project remains in active construction.
The commission voted to accept the revised Presidio Parkway funding plan and approved the requested milestone allocations and a $600,000 allocation for a resident engineer office associated with the Park Presidio project. The funding plan vote and allocations were moved and seconded on the record and carried by roll call.
