Members adopted a set of House resolutions by voice vote or unanimous consent after sponsors explained each measure on the floor. The resolutions included HR 317 recognizing Feb. 20, 2025, as Tarleton State University Day at the state capitol; HR 139 recognizing Feb. 20 as Baytown Day; HR 321 honoring Teen Pack Leadership Schools; HR 148 recognizing February 2025 as American Heart Month in Texas; HR 173 recognizing Fort Bend County Day; and HR 314 recognizing Feb. 24, 2025, as an Asian American and Pacific Islander Day of Action at the state capitol. Each resolution was read by the clerk and sponsors moved adoption; the chair asked for objection and, hearing none, declared each resolution adopted and ordered members' names added.
