House adopts multiple ceremonial resolutions and receives senate message on bail bills

A senate messenger read a communication stating the Senate had passed SB 9 (Huffman), SB 40 (Huffman) and SJR 1 (Huffman). The message was received for the record; no House action on those Senate-passed measures occurred during the floor period recorded in the transcript.
