City staff told the council that Jamie (staff) had not yet finished reviewing all as-built documents because the subdivision covers three phases. Staff said Dr. Jerry White recommended approval on the condition that final signatures and as-built submissions would be completed within the next couple of weeks. Councilmember James moved to approve the dedication and the motion carried in a voice/hand vote after a second.
Council discussion noted the usual need for as-built plans and related documentation before final recording; staff said the approval authorizes the city to proceed administratively and that final execution will occur once Jamie completes the required reviews.
