Staff also described plans to implement an online scheduling app for docents and said they are consulting a landscape designer to advise on plantings and drainage to avoid damage to tile work.
Commissioners noted landscaping, irrigation and ownership questions around nearby pieces and discussed maintenance responsibilities. Staff said some older pieces have agreements assigning maintenance responsibilities and that the commission will consider maintenance and decommissioning as part of the annual work plan.
